Fly-Away Root Cause Help Needed

Hey All,

i just experienced my first fly-away and was wondering if this is something I should hit up DJI about or if this is behavior we should expect from time to time. I didn't see any indication on my controller of magnetic interference or loss of communication with the controller.

I was operating under Follow Me mode at the time, about 15 feet off the ground and the mavic put itself in reverse and flew away from myself and the home point rather quickly. I looked at my logs and didn't see any messages indicating a reason.
