Flying in 30 degree C heat

My flights in 30 degree heat have become a problem. After about 10 minutes the video feed to my mini iPad 4 starts to break up and the iPad is quite warm. I don't recall this being the case a year ago and wonder if it has something to do with all the software updates both for the iPad OS and GO4. I do shut down all other apps and switch to airplane mode. Anyone else have this problem?

30deg c is just a warm day here. Have flown in low 40s with no problem with my mp.

I live on a tropical island (Tenerife) and regularly fly in 35C + over the sea, with Phantom 1,2,3, and now a Mavic Pro. Never had a problem, SO FAR!
