Flying in France

As many of you will be aware France is chock full of no fly zones.

I've been flying (legally) today off the Brittany coast between St Malo and Mont St Michel but I just wondered if anyone had fallen foul of the authorities in France and what the penalties are?

in france always check authorized zones on the gouv site:

for penalties, they can take your drone, pay 45 € to 400 €. it depends on the gravity of the infraction.
