Flying in Wine Country

Are there any restrictions for flying a quadcopter over vineyards in Napa/Sonoma Valley etc.
Would I need permission from the property owner

Assuming the Air Space is legal, your good to fly : However

If you planning on flying down into the Vineyards , say within 75 ft the chances of someone calling the Police or feeling violated escalate.

My advice is if your flying low , let them know and if not , enjoy the scenery.
