Flying Mode Comes up in Normal Rather than Switch Position

When I power up the Controller/Drone it comes (powers) up in "Normal" mode, even if the mode switch on is on Cine/Tripod. If you move the switch to normal, then back to Cine/Tripod, then it goes into the Cine/Tripod mode.

Yes, normal is the default mode on power up. After landing, I put it in normal mode, so I don't confuse myself which is easy to do.
