General settings On phone won’t show all options when connected to drone

I just got a new drone and was having some trouble trying to find all the options in the general section on the 3 dots in the upper right corner. When not connected to drone all options in the general settings are shown, but when I connect it to the drone the only option I can choose is the remote controller settings. If anyone knows how to please let me know thank you. DJI mavric pro

Yes it’s paired, I can still fly it but only remote control settings appear

I just went through all the ways I know with mine to reproduce your issue and can't .
Strange.Have you tried another device.

I just deleted the app And installed it again. seems to have worked thanks for the help
