GEO ZONE - Active Track Deactivating On Mavic Mini 3 Pro

I received an email from a very kind friend and he asked that I looked into this:

He mentioned that some people with Mavic Mini 3 Pro drones who have done a GEO Zone unlock, have found afterwards, that their use of the "Active Track" feature with their controller/drone, has somehow been deactivated when they fly in that GEO Zone.

Has anyone come across this?

Guessing DJI only allows full manual flight inside the zone. Wonder if the friend tried any other app assisted modes to confirm.
