It may just be a disconnect, have you tried reconnecting ?

If you're using a filter on the camera make sure it flush with the center ring (gold) on the camera body. Being off by as little as a 1/16" can cause the gimbal to go crazy.

Are you getting an error message in the DJI Go 4 app? I bought a MPro with the same issue off of ebay (got it for next to nothing!) showing a "Gimbal overload" error in the app. All it took to get it working again was a $7 replacement ribbon cable and a couple youtube tutorials. Been working great ever since!

In that case, if you haven't already, you might want to visually inspect it (make sure there's nothing impeding the gimbal's movement) and then recalibrate it and see if that changes anything.
