Gimbal normal start up, but does not function

searched for this issue, could not find. My gimbal initializes, when it stops its tilted down to the right. I have no control of the gimbal, have recalibrated everything twice, reinstalled the go app, refreshed firmware 500, RC & MP. The error I get is gimbal gyroscope, call DJI. NO crashes or hard landings. Has anyone been through this? My MP is not going back to DJI.

try removing the striker with the yellow edge then rested the camera and gimbal settings from the camera settings menu. then do a ginbal auto calibration see if that fixes it.
oh and downgrade to FW .0400 is more stable. u can do that via the app. let me know if u dont know how.
