Gimbal Tilt Not Working After Ribbon Cable Replacement

Previously, the gimbal would constantly try to finish initilalization/POST and my wife and I replaced the cable.

Now, the gimbal will track correctly and the image is stable, but the left wheel no longer tilts the gimbal.

Before I tear it all back down and start smashing the ribbon connectors on the gimbal to check the connection, which one in particular am I going for?

Morning update:

We took the top of the body off and found that one of the four cables attached to the gimbal board wasn't seated properly. After seating it, we powered it up and the gimbal will now respond to the wheel on the controller.

If you are having this problem, the cable that wasn't seated for me was the #4 cable on this (awful) diagram:
