A short flight after our Tour and tasting at GlenAllachie Distillery at the end of October - although built in 1967 the Distillery is pretty to behold, especially with the reflecting pool and the autumn colours...

GlenAllachie was taken over by a trio of Industry Professionals led by Billy Walker in 2017 and is now fast becoming a firm favourite with Scotch Single Malt Whisky aficionados...

This trip only 3, Balvenie, GlenAllachie and Tomatin, but we have been many times to the region,and done many tours, in total I think we have visited about 60 Scotch Whisky istilleries, some a lot more than once... Our first Speyside trip included calling into 34 distilleries and about 18 tours in total - don't remember much of any of them tbh
