Glitchy feedback

Hello all, I recently got my air 2 and have well under 20 flights on it. I crashes and it stays in a foam case when not being used. Last few times trying to fly I keep getting flashing while in live and it also transfers to recording video. Any suggestions or has anyone had this issue?

Try a different microSD card, and if that doesn't fix it, then open up a repair ticket with DJI and send it In for a camera replacement. That's definitely not normal, and I've never seen anything like it. Likely, one of the crashes has caused this problem, if it wasn't there from the outset.

Sorry. I meant to say that I have not crashed it. I have tried different sd cards. I will try again to open a ticket with dji. Thanks.

In that case, it should be covered under the 12 month warranty. Good luck!

Thanks. I did online support and after troubleshooting to no avail it’s heading to California for repair. Thanks for the recommendation.

You are welcome. Turnaround has been pretty good. Just be aware that you will end up with a new unit, as DJI no longer repairs anything, despite going through the motions and creating repair estimates, that are either comped as warranty repairs, or paid by you, resulting in a new aircraft in a plain black box being sent out, and an opportunity to purchase DJI Care on it, if the original didn't have it!
