Had the unfortunate event of meeting an golden eagle. Good news the eagle wasn't hurt but my drone was. I Need suggestions on camera replacement or repairs. I lost all functionality and my smart remote won't even recognize I have a camera let alone control it.

I had gimbal issues and tried a number of people on here who advertised repairing drones. All but one wanted to just change out the whole camera and gimbal unit, rather than repair it, costing anywhere from $700 to $950. I tried one other who said he could repair it but he never did get it right and although offered to refund me, he never did send any money back.
In the end I sent it to DJI and $340 later I had a new Mavic 2 Pro, so I would highly suggest you send it back to DJI. They were fast and charge a nominal $65 an hour labour, which they said in the quote included two hours of labour. I thought I could get it done at a better price than DJI but in the end it was best sent to them. I would not hesitate in the future and their tech support is excellent.
