Pretty nice shot, it’s funny to see some of those surfers scramble, one of which was a 11 year old kid on the news now, too!
Just be careful if you ever are flying and approach any marine mammal in US waters, NOAA does and has cited operators for disturbing them under the marine mammal protection act and provides guidelines for drones here:
