Expat in Germany waiting delivery of first real drone. I have had an indoor toy drone to learn some basics but now ready to get going. Mostly wanting it for Aerial video shots to enhance my home videos.

Hi Victor. Mein frau ist ein deutsche frau von Mannheim/Heidelberg area. We will be visiting Germany in May for 2 weeks and would like to film some with my Mavic near some of the castles and other sites. Do I need some special permit or permission to fly over there?
