Hello Everyone,

I did my my first flight with the Mav. Practiced flying it over the beach.

Right now the settings are out of the box. Does anyone have any advice for the resolution and shutter.

I was going to drop my shutter down to 50 and keep the frame rate at 24. I've got a ND filter to put on to counter the extra light.

I don't plan on doing much post production since this is just for a family vacation. Anything I should change in the video settings?

I was going to put it in cinematic mode so the video is smoother as it turns. I was also planning in slowing down the gimbal.

Thanks

Here's a sample video I took this morning at 9am...when there was wasn't direct sunlight.

^^ Not sure why the video on YouTube is grainy but not like that on my SD card.

Nice first video! You’re off to a good start.

You need to turn your tilt response way down, other than that you’ll learn about shooting with manual settings as time goes on. Photography and Videography is a huge subject, tons of material online.

You can keep it simple, but it can also be a lifelong learning process if you want.

Sweet family also, if that is your family.

As suggested above, but also your Yaw speed is a little too fast. Shutter looks good. Otherwise, it just takes practice! .
