Hi all.
I use a iPad (8 inch) mini on my remote controller.
As such the short wrap around cable located under the pull out antenna is too short. To overcome this problem I purchased 12 inch cable that works well when connected to replace the short wrap around cable as afore mentioned.
As you all would know that to unplug the short cable from it’s socket is a very fiddle thing for fat fingers and there is a serious risk of damaging the said small cable when removing it.
I have tried plugging in the 12 inch cable into the socket located on the bottom of the controller and to the iPad mini, but they will not communicate with each other and the screen only shows the welcome page.
Can anyone enlighten me, is the problem with the cable or is that port/socket only for the charging of the remote controller?
cheers Janset
