the drone does not recognise the battery, could be that you have not locked it into the drone fully, check that none of the pins are bent ,or there is something in the connectors preventing contact, also if you have done an update recently all the batts need to be done as well

Mavic in perfect order. I have 2 batteries and both work (tested on another Mavik). The problem is exactly inside my Mavica, but I don’t know where. Perhaps this is due to the firmware, but it can not be changed, Mavik believes that the batteries are discharged below 50%. I tried to change the battery version in Assistant 2. Yes, with this parameter I can fly, but with this parameter in DJI GO there is no battery level, and if it is not, it is not known how much time is left for the flight and you can lose it.

delete the app from your device and then download it again and go in the app and in settings go to about and check that you have the latest versions

Does RC show battery charge? If so, not likely app issue.

if I change the battery mode to all types in Assistant 2 (in the advanced version), then everything works, but does not show the battery capacity
