Hello from outside Western Washington

Hi all,

I've recently joined the long list of eager Mavic pre-owners . My hobby started three years ago with a $40 Husban and has progressed through a number of small Blade and Estes units, an Q 350 with a GoPro hanging off of it, all the way to a P3P. I tend not to shoot a long way from home; mostly shots here in the hills around the cascade mountains.

I'm looking forward to the Mavic pro to trade off size for image quality. Every time I travel to see family I want to take my P3P with me and it's just too big.

Looking forward to living vicariously through your experiences until mine shows up.
