There's a wee mismatch in the media you show and the flight log?

The drone was hovering.

What happened after that? Prop came off? It went wild?
Therefore, would it basically become a "brick" and drop? Why no visual evidence where it went after it went (via the photo) "wild"?
This was in open grassy field, I did not find it.

Any ideas?

Because you didn't have any GPS lock

...you may as well have said goodbye after the motors started.
without the GPS home point it goes off to find 0 Lat 0 Long and with props falling off I give it zero chance of finding the destination.

That location is about 40-50 miles away.
The last thing I know the drone was hovering after taking several photo.

What would cause all the wild stuff after a prop came off?

Should the drone not be nearby when that happened?

With a prop coming off, this would be considered a non DJI fresh care (or whatever it is called) warranty? It would be under pilot error?

That location is probably where the GPS got locked and recorded its home point.
Your image either must refer to another flight.
You should maybe go searching where I linked to. Which you say is 40-50m away!
