Little help here, I cant get the histogram to open on my screen. I slide the bar and when I go back to the main screen it is not there. I have the settings to manual and still can't get it to open.

It certainly remains open on my screen, however it’s very small and contains a tiny X in the corner to close it and sometimes it’s overlapped by other screens and I accidentally close it, forcing me to go back into camera settings and turn on again.

Could it be that it’s similar for you and you’re actually closing it due to its tiny size?

Well I found out that the histogram will not open on My samsung s5. I just tested my Ipad air 2 and the histogram opened right up, and stayed open. On my phone I slide the slider to open the histogram, go back to the main window and nothing. Go back to settings and the histogram slider is in the off position. No big deal really as I don't often use it, but it does work on the Ipad. Now go figure. Thanks for your reply PavieAU. If I may, what device are you using?

Interesting, I am on IOS using an iPhone 7

I am having this same problem, the histogram switch will go on but nothing appears, and as soon as I move out of settings the switch goes off. Any help available on this?

I have the same problem. None of my samsung's are able to display the histogram or over expose option. I have tried going to an older version of firmware, clearing out the controller camera settings, Uninstallin the DJI app. Very frustrating App.

Steps 1-3 solved my issue :)

Thank you for contacting DJI Technical Support.

Sorry to hear about the trouble setting the histogram as well as the overexposure features on your Mavic 2 Pro. I definitely understand that you've already performed a few troubleshooting steps and still facing the same issue. I am here to help look into this for you.

If you're still unable to set the histogram and overexposure feature on your aircraft. I suggest performing a few troubleshooting steps that can help fix the issue. I understand that you might have performed some of these but I suggest performing it again:

1. Clear the cache of the DJI Go 4 App on your mobile device's Settings.
2. Try to re-link your aircraft and the remote controller, you can visit this link
and follow the on-screen instructions on how to do so.
3. When activating the overexposure feature and histogram, just tap on the switch till it turns green and not sliding the switch.

However, if the troubleshooting steps provided still doesn't work, kindly provide the requested information so I can raise this with our Engineers

1. Firmware Version of your aircraft.
2. Version of your DJI Go 4 App.
