how can you create a waypoint when you fly over a spot you want to "capture"?

Say I'm flying over a spot with the camera down, and I want to record the spot. GS Pro, Go, or Autopilot. any ideas?

I got on Litchi's site, and it only seems that you can make waypoints as a mission. I need to make a waypoint from the flight, when I fly over something of interest. I'm not sure Litchi will or won't do this.

Will the GO4 Waypoint do the trick? You swipe the screen to the left and select Waypoint, you record the location, then save the "mission", you can later load it up to fly again later.
