How do I get Flight Reader to download logs from DJI ?

below is what I see from that page and my flight reader.

The top row of my flight reader differs from that shown on the phantom help page and I can find no way to expose "File" and "Help".

I'm stuck, help please.

You've been using Flight Reader for some time now, right? How long has that top menu been missing?

Correct.
To be honest I don't think I have ever seen it.
I think I started with one of your trial versions quite some time ago and I don't think I updated it when I won the licence.
It's 1.3.34 running on windows 7, I have win 10 on the same computer but don't like Win 10.

That version is almost 2 years old.

Those menu items were added in version 1.4.8 on January 29, 2023. The complete release history is available here.

Ta, if I update and the new version doesn't work with Win 7 can I delete the new version and go back to 1.3.34 with the current license, I think I still have the instal file somewhere?
