How do you remove the forward vision sensor?

I'm looking at it but it looks impossible to remove without taking out all the camera gimble unit before. Do you pop off the protective cover on the outside of tge shell to get more wriggle room to take it out?

You need to drop the gimbal, unscrew compass screw, unscrew 2 screws holding the FOA in, and then wiggle it out.

Does anyone have a link for a ‘how to’ video or even some step by step images on replacing the forward vision flat cable? I tore the front right one when removing the gimbal to replace that ribbon cable. Not sure also if I need to replace both sides or not. Thank you!
