Can someone please help me figure out why the jpg below reports to be at 738.59 something when the altitude was approximately 350' AGL?

Thank your for your help and forgive me if it is something really obvious and escapes me 'cause I'm old and losing it...

That altitude reading is GPS-derived and in meters above MSL, and is equal to 2423 ft. The ground elevation at that location is approximately 2110 ft MSL, and so that suggests that the aircraft altitude was approximately 313 ft AGL. Close enough to your 350 ft AGL estimate, taking into account the typical error in GPS altitude readings.

That makes so much sense. Thanks you very much...
