Hi! I have a Mavic Mini that I bought last December 28, 2019. I live in the Philippines. Last January 04, 2020 my Mini crashed in a canal it went there for 2.5 minutes in the water but I got it, and brought it to DJI Service Center, fortunately, no damage in the drone, circuit is all good, no damage in the body. I only just replaced my propellers and the battery. Battery does not charge anymore so get I new one. It is now flying good and like new. I just paid a small amount of service fee for the cleaning from the service center.

Question is, can I still get a DJI Refresh for my Mavic Mini? Considering that it has a crash history now and went to service center? I also read that you can only have DJI Refresh after within 48hours of activation? Can someone clarify this?

Thanks

It gives the criteria on the DJI website:

DJI Care Refresh can only be bound to a product meeting the following criteria:

1. Brand new and un-activated;
2. Aircraft or gimbal activated within the last 48 hours;
3. Handheld device activated within the last 30 days;
4. Repaired in an official DJI Service Center (within 72 hours of receiving email invitation);
5. Aircraft approved via video verification.

So based on the above list, the op’s only choice would be number 5?
