iOS 11 + DJI go 4 - freezing issue

Hello

A few days I up to ios 11 and still running the DJI go 4

And since then I have experienced a frezzing issue when shotting movie

I take off = screen running ok (shows real time event)
Photo = ok. screen running ok (shows real time event)

video = not ok. screen run the first frame grabbed then it freezes. But still recording into the memory card. I can see what is happening ...

Any ideas? iOS vs DJI version?

No issues for me with that combination. Check the cable... it's a frequent trouble spot. In fact I gave up on that side input and now use the bottom center USB cable point.

If its doing it only shooting video your device may not be able to keep up with video caching. Turn video caching off and try it again. Also force close all other apps prior to flying may help. What iOS device are you using?

would be nice to know what device you are using, what version of FW, software you are using, general area you are flying in. otherwise pretty hard to help
