Ipad mini 4 DJI Fly install help

New Mavic Mini flyer here. Just bought an iPad mini 4 because I'm wanting to fly with a bigger screen. For the life of me I can't get DJI Fly to download from the app store in either the iPad format or the IPhone format. What am I doing wrong? I've searched the forums and everyone says how it works great for them but nobody has specifically asked about having trouble downloading. If anyone has the quick answer or can passive aggressively post a link to a previous answer I would greatly appreciate it!

What part of the download fails, does it download but fail to run etc. ?
What IOS version are you running, DJI Fly requires 10.0 or later ?
What model number is you Ipad Mini 4 ?

It's an A1458. Just realized it's an iPad 4 and not a mini. Dang it

I'm not sure if it will work with DJI Fly which needs a minimum of 2gb ram and the A6X cpu will struggle with the processing.
It's unfortunately not on the DJI Fly compatible apps list

Yeah I messed that one up, thought it was a ipad mini 4. Picking up a new mini 4 today and I'll let you know if I have any trouble installing (I doubt I will once I get a compatible unit!)

I have been using a mini 4 for the last couple years and it works fine . You will be ok

Just realized it's an iPad 4 and not a mini.

The iPad 4 was a 32 bit device so wouldn't be able to run the Fly app.
