iPhone app connection

Hi

I’m having connection issues. My remote controller is connected to my Mavic Pro but my iPhone 7, while physically plugged into the remote controller, is saying it’s disconnected from the aircraft.

I’ve tried powering everything off and starting up again - no difference.

I suppose it could be the lead, but the aircraft is fairly new and I’ve not used it more than a couple of dozen times.

Anybody else had this issue?

Are you using the micro usb port or the bottom usb port?
If you are using the bottom one, the side port needs to be disconnected.

Did anything change between now and the last time all worked as expected?

Did you try a different Lightning cable and/or the bottom USB port on the remote controller?

Thanks guys - it’s working now. I think it’s just a dodgy connection.

I never thought about using the bottom USB port to connect. Can that be used to charge the controller too?

No the bottom USB port is for connection to phones / tablets only. Charge using the top port.
