Im new to this stuff Ive had this mini about a month. When I got the mini it worked great. Now when I record video, it will stop recording by its self, usually from 15 to 30 seconds into the flight. sometimes it will record as long as I tell it to. someone said maybe I wasnt using the controller right but the antennas are up and im NOT pointing the ends of them at the drone im holding it correctly. Ive changed cards, just in case it was a card. I updated the software recently, in the back of my mind i wonder if the problem may have started when I did the update BUT I cant say for sure. any ideas? and PLease note Im new to this thing so please make your answers something a newbie will understand.

Some things come up to me:
# Do you get the video indicated as "recording" on your device (phone, tablet) during flight or does the recording stop obvious during flight?
# Is there any message displayed as the videorecording stops or do you first find out when you check the card after returning?
# Is the SD-Card you use in the drone fast enough to write the footage? IF not, the delay in recording might force the recording to stop.
Just some thoughts that answered might lead to the cause of the problem.

You hear the beep from my phone and look at the red record button and it shows it has stopped recording. There are no messages on the phone. there is nothing on the videos to show any messages there. I tried a different card ,didnt help, but I may try a 3rd card and see what happens. but the question then iswhy does it sometimes record as long as I want whileothers it stops right away, using the same card... One thing that happenes to me sometimes is that my big finger accidentaly tips the videobutton on the controler, causing the started video to stop. Small controllers and big fingers are not always compatible

Some forum members have reported issues with video while using cards that are Not fast enough. On the card, under SanDisk is it labeled Extreme?
Extreme sd card
I just updated my sd card from ultra to extreme and can now record video longer than 10 seconds.
