Jittery/Shaky Mini 3 Pro

Hi all, I am a new mini 3 pro owner. Have it for a week, had a lot of fun (crash free) and today noticed a weird stability issue. The video footage is good thanks to the gyro, but drone flies visibly jittery and seems out of balance. I checked all software is updated, imu recalibrated and propellers installed correctly and are like new. Before I send it for replacement (im 9days in) is there anything I'm missing? Any potential fix? Is this hardware or software?

firstly welcome to the forum
the behaviour the drone is displaying is definitely not as it should be, i would get it replaced

Looks like a noisy (defective) IMU.

Send it back.

Try an IMU and compass calibration (IMU indoors on a level surface - compass outside after obtaining a good satellite lock) just to make sure.
