LAANC yes, but DJI no

Where I live qualifies for 400' auto authorized flight approval via LAANC. But, my M2P Zoom is prevented from taking off.
My alpine white takes off with an warning zone accept responsibility check off, but not my M2P Zoom..."Cannot Takeoff"
The spot that I am referring is east of a NFZ, but clearly in the green according to LAANC authorization maps, and indeed I get approval and fly there with alpine white.

Anyone no how to get Zoom to recognize appropriate geozone for take off?

I believe this can only be done on a desktop or laptop as I tried and it stated not supported over mobile system.
