Seriously, this sort of thing would be great to use in many videos

For the non urban flyers even through more natural things like rock features or openings in foliage.
Near passes are just about as cool and a little safer to start.

If you have the camera view grid working, you can learn where the aircraft is in relation to the centre square (with camera pointed straight ahead), going forwards is probably good practice.

I’ll give it a shot, just no bird for a few weeks away working.

I am not 100 per ent sure on this. The last time I tried to launch inside I crashed because if a lack of GPS I believe. Don't know if the sensors kicked in or not?

I don't have a Mavic Pro, but the Mavic Air can definitely be flown indoors without GPS if there is sufficient light. (it's still a good way to crash your drone though!)

Lol yup I know what you mean. I have never flew in ATTI mode. Maybe that's what's required with the MPP to fly indoors

Most pro drones will kick into ATTI mode (Attitude) but you are flying by the seat of ur pants! No help from satellites, sensors or stabilization. Scary stuff with an expensive drone.

Yes this is so true. I have never tried to fly my drone indoors since my minor accident.

I have flown indoors without GPS many times. Flights are LOS and I follow the drone around. I've made plenty of 360° panos too. Below are a couple of links to examples.

Thank you I will have a look. You said you are using the Mavic air right? With my MPP I lose most of my GPS indoors. Can the visual sensors keep the drone stable indoors?
