Litchi for iOS Document

I have a copy of a docco "Litchi for iOS" February 2017 sitting on my PC.
I've had a brain fade and cannot recall where I got it. Google gives me nothing for the title or the author - Richard Hoffman. Searching this forum gave nothing. There's nothing in the paper to identify a source.
That said it was a pretty good rundown of the app to that date.
Has it been updated and where might it be found ? Help appreciated

That link is for a version older than Feb 2017. Is there an updated version? Feb 2018?
