I 've created a photogrammetry mission with Litchi, it need to stop at each specific location and take a photo.
As shown in the figure below, the flight path generated by VLM, the distance of each consecutive waypoints is 1.2 meters, and the same latitude and longitude have three different altitude, But when I upload Mission, I got a Warning "reason: The waypoint distance is too close".

According to the description on litchi's help document: The 3D distance between consecutive waypoints must be between 0.6m and 1999m.

Therefore, each of my consecutive waypoints does not exceed this range.
I have to suspect that Litchi does not allow waypoints to share the same latitude and longitude, even though their altitudes are different.

The litchi documentation says The 3D distance between consecutive waypoints must be between 0.6m and 1999m.
But the distance of each waypoint is 102 meters,
It’s a little uncertain that litchi can’t have waypoints with the same latitude and longitude, even though they have different altitudes?
You know you can use curved paths right? You don’t need to have so many waypoints right next to each other.

Yes, I know, I want to perform a photogrammetry mission, so I need to stop at each specific location and take a photo

Your question is unclear (at least to me).
