Hi all!! Very happy to be here and new to the drone world. Just purchased the Mavric Air and am having an issue with regards to live streaming.
Problem? Facebook, Youtube RTMP comments won't appear on the screen when I am live? I have no problems going live, tested it while the aircraft was on the ground and it worked perfectly just viewers comments are appearing. Also, it only shows the option to include my audio to the stream, there is no option underneath that to include viewer comments as I have seen most people have that option available yet mine does not show up?
Was unit in a crash? No
What have you tried so far?: Contacting DJI support who weren't that helpful
What device are you using? Samsung S5 Neo
What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)? The DJI GO 4 app is showing the latest firmware has been installed ( this was done via the app and not pc) I'm assuming the controller has the latest firmware as it's not showing any available updates either
What Go app version are you using? DJI GO 4 app 4.3.20
Any modification? No modification standard stock Unit
Did you change anything or install any apps? No
Do you have a video or pictures of the problem? No I don't sorry
