Recently hit a ghost branch flying at night and gimble quit working for starters. Camera works fine but I have to preset what position my camera is in before flying. I can still get good shots by pitching forward or backwards. Was taking the drone apart to check ribbon cables etc. and took the plate off the arm axis joint where it meets the body of the drone and now can not get the arm axis back together because of loosing the clip that holds the spring in place. I've tried everything without being able to fold arm out in place I can't fly it now and need replacement parts without having to wait weeks by ordering over seas. Needing a good US source to get parts with in days. Am I correct in thinking amazon offers it and already has it in stock or do you still have to wait through them as well?

I'm not sure what model drone you have, as you don't mention that in your post. I've purchased drone parts via Amazon prime for the Mavic 2 Pro, to include both front and rear arms, bushings, and pivot pins and body parts. Time from order to my mailbox is roughly 2 days.

When you get it back together, if you haven't already, calibrate the gimbal, and assuming it took an impact, calibrate IMU too.

Many parts can be found on Amazon and eBay.

Thank you. It's a Mavic 2 Zoom

djidroneservice also has some good youtube vids (there are others too) showing how to replace arms on the Mavic 2. This is not for the ham-fisted for sure, and it helps to have a modicum of mechanical aptitude and soldering skill. Otherwise, quite DIYable. Total cost to get my Mavic 2, with two broken arms, back in the air was under $200 - and I bought extra parts that I ended up not needing (I only took the M2P apart after I received the parts).

Hint, on front arm pivot pin cam spring assembly, use small adjustable wrench to hold body while turning cam to the half way point before inserting into the pivot hole with the arm about half way between extended and folded.
