I'm looking for solution for the following task.

After some time with drone and camera I have a lot of video footages that have to be prepared for using in FCPX.
So, I need a software that allow me quickly remove useless parts and prepare footages for import to FCPX.

Why not import it all into FCPX and remove them there? You are adding a step to your work flow. I import all of my video, edit down the parts I want and then drag those to the timeline. Pretty simple.

I would like to save some space and time (transcoding process can be very long).

You can save space by deleting the throw aways, but again this is your workflow. Seems like you are creating work for yourself, however if it works for you then have at it.
