Hey, Lost my Zoom due to loss of GPS/RC connection in RTH at around 360m
-37.8826390 145.3225065 Tecoma Victoria, Australia.Taken nearly 3 weeks for DJI support result, bloody pathetic as video showed Gimbal/aircraft vibration prior to signal loss,I have seen this before when a propellor blade snaps,check this from DJI:

1. The GPS signal was fine and the aircraft worked under Cinematic mode;
2. At t=05:37, h=454.6 m, d=4029.9 m, battery 74%, the remote signal disconnected and the pre-set altitude was 30 m;
3. At t=06:00, h=455.4 m, d=3980.5 m, battery 72%, the remote signal reconnected, the aircraft was in RTH mode that was triggered due to the low battery;
4. At t=07:19, h=451.1 m, d=3373.4 m, battery 63%, the pilot pulled down the throttle stick to descend the aircraft;
5. At t=07:58, h=346.3 m, d=2931.5 m, battery 60%, the aircraft crashed when flying toward the home point in RTH process;
6. The aircraft could not avoid small and fine obstacles like cable and tree branch. The home point: -37.9039556 145.3028321; The incident point: -37.8826390 145.3225065.

According to the analysis, the incident was caused by improper flight environment, please fly the aircraft in open areas.

I made 3 attempts to find the drone: unsuccessful, the terrain is hilly with tall trees.

Appreciate any input!!

...the closing scene of the video didn't look like vibration, more like manually controlled movement (a bit jerky I'll give it that!)

Your direction of flight seems to be over a brow of a hill surround with tall foliage coupled with residential buildings... a signal loss is inevitable

your flight log may show other factors?
First impressions are siding with DJI

[Edit] Next!!
Just read some of the reply referencing the log but it would be better if you posted the log so as to get the whole analysis or even digitally examined by a certain expert here!

Check out your TXT flight log to see if it explains what happened. You can upload and view it online here. If you'd like other people to review and comment on your flight log, then please post a link back here after you upload it.

Item 4 of their report said you pulled the throttle down until the drone crashed. Is that true? It descended over 100m.
No certainly not! the flight commenced at 100m above sea level I throttled down 100m still well above the tree line. Wind speed was only 6kph.The maximum windspeed on that day was 22kph 8 hours after the flight according to Bureau of meteorology the weather station Ferny Creek was less than 2 km away.
