LOST RED DJI MAVIC PRO IN THE WATER

On Saturday February 4th at 2.42 pm I lost my drone right next to the Santa Pier. The drone lost connection with my remote control and fell into the water. It most likely came washed into the shore , and perhaps got caught in seaweed. If someone found it, please contact me. It will not work, but my insurance will get me one of I get them the damaged one. Thank you so much.

Sorry for the loss. What location specifically? The Santa Pier? Which peir is that . The Santa Cruz Pier in Nor Cal? The Santa Monica pier in Southern California? Other? You could also post your flight log if you wanted some of the local forum experts to chime in with potential location of the crash and when one can search for it.

Maps vs screenshot confirms this pier. Rather, "Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf."

Hope there is a phone # or FAA # on the drone as those Santa Cruz Wharf "rats" will scavenge anything they can.

Lots of seedy characters around that area. Just sayin...
