M2EA Thermal Image burn/bleed

Has anyone else experienced thermal image burn/bleed? A lingering outline remains ‘burned’ on thermal images resulting in unusable data. Does anyone know of a solution?

Don't have the Advanced, just the Dual but have u tried the FCC Calibration and adjusted the MSX (aligning the IR and visual image),

I have not... I'll give it a go and post the results. Also, I've included images that show the issue. Thanks!

I had the exact same thing happen. I am almost positive it was from looking at the sun. I opened the support ticket and they sent me a new drone under warranty not using my Enterprise shield.

And I did not look at the sun on purpose. It was late in the day as I was inspecting a tower and the Sun happened to be level with the tower.
