I had the exact same thing happen. I am almost positive it was from looking at the sun. I opened the support ticket and they sent me a new drone under warranty not using my Enterprise shield.

And I did not look at the sun on purpose. It was late in the day as I was inspecting a tower and the Sun happened to be level with the tower.
