M2Z request for refresher startup, help!

I haven't flown my M2Z in almost a year. Is there a guide that I can use to make sure my aircraft is ready to fly? It has to talk me through the updates. Appreciate any help...

Unless there something new in an update that you want, there is no need to update. I haven't in over two years.
