MA2 Carbon Fibre props vs stock DJI

Hi guys,

Just bought these MA2 carbon fibre props from CamGo with a gift card I got for my birthday. Tried them out yesterday with my thoughts as follows;

1. Couldn't notice any difference in prop sound from the standard MA2 DJI props.
2. Didn't notice any flight handling differences between the stock DJI props and the carbon fibre.
3. I think my speed "flat out in sports mode " in calm conditions felt faster, but I haven't compared any data to proove this.
4. I guess they look a little better but who's going to notice?
5. Cost $AU 60.00 for a set of four.

Anyone with thoughts on carbon fibre props? Greatly appreciated.

Other than OEM, I'd only trust Masterairscrew props , but they currently don't have anything for the MA2

In addition,
if you replace the propeller hub in your carbon fiber propellers with the MAS propeller hub, you have propellers for your Mavis 2 that are virtually indestructible.

Squidink...I'm an advocate of hand catch..ad nauseum.. but as I remember from your pictures of the results of your specialized overhand method ....don't hand catch those carbon fibre props!

I will definitely take your advice on that. I haven’t tried the overhand method again, and the carbon fibre blades look deadly on that front!
