Mac Reading information from SD card

Has anyone come across a problem with a MAC being able to read the SD card from the Smart controller? Mine just won't recognise it and wants to format it. I haven't tried plugging the SC straight into the MAC as yet, but will do and report. Any thoughts??

Straight into the MAC doesn't work indeed. I use Transcend USB 3.1/3.0 card reader in MAC and that works fine.

Brilliant, thank you for that. I have just ordered one.. hopefully it should make life easier. I was able to access the card from my laptop (PC). I just have to work out how to access the 'on board' memory now... see us newbies....
