Magic mini iPad screen

I’m using a iPad 2 for mavic mini and I don’t have a full screen. Can someone tell me why I can’t get full screen? Thanks

You'll need a newer version iPad.

Have you enlarged the screen with arrow button on the bottom right of the screen.
You'll also notice the bands on the left and right are to allow for the home button and for the ipad camera, these were never usable from a viewing perspective.

@cellis50 if you select 16.9 in settings in the app and use the double arrow bottom right of screen you will get a reasonable screen display on my 9.7 ipad 6th gen it equates to an 8 inch screen with just a small band top and bottom

The newer version iPad won’t help. The DJI app is written only for the iPhone screen, and only runs as an iPhone screen on the iPad.

I don't actually notice any problems with DJI Fly on a Ipad Mini, what do you see as the issues ?

This is my Mini 4 screen, have you hit the expand button in the bottom right of the screen
From my point of view this is big enough, it's about double a phone size
