I think it may depend on the hack. If your talking about a hack that can ONLY be used for unlawful acivity then probably not, but if the hack can be used in a lawful way and can be useful in the day to day operation of a drone, then they probably won't have a problem with it.

You could talk about removing the Altitude limit on the M2Z in the context of flying up a mountain side while staying at 400' AGL. So if that is your intention then yes, you could talk about hacking the altitude level, i would guess.

Maybe a moderator will chime in.

To my knowledge there is no altitude hack, but if you know something, let the forum know. It would be of great benefit for those of us that would like to fly up a mountain that is higher than DJI's alt limit.
