Was thinking of getting a skin for my mavic but on the fence about spending 60 bucks for my skin does anyone know if there worth it or should I go with a different brand I heard decal girl was good but when I searched it was confusing on amazon it said for mavic 2 but then people were putting on the review that it was for the platinum only but my real question is are the wrap grades worth the money also don’t want any signal issues so if all wraps give u a signal issue then I’m out

@Arce101

I got a wrap from SlickWraps - they have sales on a regular basis - I found them pretty easy to put on (with patience) and it adds that fine layer of protection from getting accidental scratches or scuffs. (already smacked a tree and the scuff rubbed right off)

Most of your wrap sites all sell pretty much the same stuff. Do some research, find the designs you like and pull the trigger. I'm about to buy a couple more when my current one starts to become and eye sore. I added a few links below I have saved

PS: I avoided Amazon for the skins/wraps - I also found Yotube was helpful in seeing how other Mavic 2 owners sought out their own and applied them

I’m just wondering if I’ll be able to get my polar pro leg extensions on afterwards

Yes, WrapGrade, I wanted a color I could see, ordered a, what they had shown a bright Chartreuse and got a ugly Pea Green, from DecalGirl, they refunded but had to send it back at my cost to DecalGirl. Ordered from WrapGrade and got what I ordered, every piece fit prefect, just take your time and watch the video on YouTube.

You can't go wrong with decalgirl. No issues whatsoever. Even after I repaired a broken leg, I reused the skin from the old leg and it sticker fine. The form and fit is also perfect. When you go on the look under MAVIC....there's like 50 different skins to choose. I got bleep bloop. Looks like r2d2 from star wars and I love it.

Like you I was on the fence about spending that much on a skin. In the end I’m glad I did! The only real downside, if you want to call it that is that if you’re not patient you’re not going to get the best results. The fit is so precise that you need to take your time to get the best results.
