Hi all, finally bit the bullet and ordered the Mavic 4 Pro on ebay (US based).

Since ND filters aren't included, I'm trying to decide between Freewell and Polar Pro.

Freewell has more options (ND 128 and higher) and seems well reviewed. They are using a split design due to the f/2 aperture on the main camera, which makes sense but seems a bit odd since stopping down to f/2.8 to match the telephoto cameras doesn't seem like a big deal.

Polar Pro doesn't have a split design and seems a bit higher quality construction-wise, but to my knowledge only offers the ND 4, 16, and 64 filters. I live in southern California and it can be very bright if I'm flying midday so I'd like the ND 128. I also want the ND 1000 for timelapse.

Any first hand experience with these filters or opinions? Thanks!

I do not have personal experience and would be interested in hearing what others have to say as well. This is what I'm leaning towards since I shoot a decent amount over water:
Nice. I avoid the polarizing filters since you have to plan flights so carefully with them, but I also don't have a ton of patience haha.

I've used PolarPro filters on all my drones and really like their quality. I just got my PolarPro "Shutter Collection" ND filter set for my Mavic 4 Pro 2 hours ago, unfortunately, it's pouring rain and I am grounded.

I share your concern about the limited number of filters that PolarPro offers in the kit, but I really like their product and want to give it a try. I've also used Freewell and have no complaints, but their build quality isn't nearly as nice as PolarPro. I picked up a set of the Freewell gradient ND filters https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F9DSYPZ3 but again, haven't had the time or weather to test.
