Mavic Air 2 lost - no gps and flew away

My DJI Mavic Air 2 started flight without gps. Had it return home, but it then flew away without connection. Last known location is airborn location. How can I find out where it ended up?
If you launch before the drone acquires GPS, it's not going to record a home point where you launched.
If you want any help, the first thing you'll have to do is post the recorded data for the flight.
If there's no data, there's nothing anyone can do to help.

Go to DJI Flight Log Viewer | Phantom Help
Follow the instructions there to upload your flight record from your phone or tablet.
That will give you a report on the flight data.
Come back and post a link to the report it provides, even if the report appears to be empty.

Or just post the .txt file here.

Find My Drone feature here will not work? ?
Maybe .. maybe not.
FMD is not magic and doesn't necessarily show you where the drone ended up.
It can only show the last location the drone was in contact with the controller.
If the drone was flying and going further away when signal was lost ... that's not a lot of help.
If there was no signal ever established that's not a lot of help.

Hope you took the advice here to Mark your drone. In addition to the FAA reg #, always put a phone # on it as well. Some also add that info on the sd card in case of loss. Good luck, good hunting

From experience, had mine returned next day.
