Mavic air 2 not recording

Hi
absolutely love my Mavic Air 2 but I’m having a problem when I first start recording …everything thing seems fine at first …recording button is pressed and counter starts but when I remove my SD card and go to my files on my iPad the first video or part of it is that of a small file ( see photo ) and therefore I’m losing important footage
all ideas and help gratefully received 128go sandisk extreme pro u3 card used

Seems like maybe it's a corrupted card. I know "they" recommend reformatting the SD card each time you download off it and back up your files, so basically each time you go to fly you start with a reformatted card.
